Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours for most garments. Dry cleaning and special fabrics may take up to 72 hours. Express same-day service is available on request, subject to availability.
Absolutely. Every garment is individually tagged and tracked using our barcode system from the moment of pickup to delivery. We handle each item with care and our team is professionally trained in fabric handling.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with any service, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will re-clean the garment free of charge. For any damage, our team will assess and compensate appropriately.

Yes! We offer specialized cleaning for shoes, bags, curtains, blankets, sofas, and woollen items. Each category uses specific cleaning techniques to ensure best results without fabric damage.
We accept cash, UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), and bank transfer. Payment is collected at the time of delivery for walk-in or pickup orders. Membership plans are paid upfront.
Yes! Free doorstep pickup and delivery is available for orders above a minimum value within our service areas. Elite Club members get free pickup and delivery on every scheduled order regardless of order size.
