1. Terms of Agreement

By accessing or using the HolidayCleaners dry cleaning and laundry booking services, website, or physical counters, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Pickups

HolidayCleaners provides garment cleaning, dry cleaning, pressing, and laundry services. Bookings can be scheduled via our website or via telephone. Pickup and delivery services are subject to location availability, minimal order values, and scheduling slots.

3. Garment Care & Liability Limit

We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us. However:

• We are not responsible for natural wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinkage, or deterioration of antique, delicate, or poorly constructed fabrics.
• We are not responsible for any items left inside pockets (cash, jewelry, electronics, etc.).
• Any claim regarding damage, missing items, or dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Our maximum liability in case of proven damage or loss is limited to 10 times the cleaning charge of the individual garment.

4. Payments & Billing

All prices quoted on the website or counter are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. Payment must be cleared either at pickup confirmation or upon doorstep delivery of the garments. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana (registered office) or Jammu (operational store location).
